During your first visit, you will have a complete pre-surgical consultation.

During the consultation, we will review your medical history, take appropriate x-rays, and perform an examination.  A treatment plan will be recommended and all financial arrangements, including insurance co-payments and plans of payment will be discussed.

At the conclusion of your consultation, you will have the option to schedule a surgical appointment.
