During your appointment, our entire team is focused on getting to know your dental needs and providing you with exceptional care.
When calling to schedule your appointment, please be prepared to provide us with your dental and/or medical insurance information.
We strive to set appointments at your earliest convenience. Specific times are set aside for consultation and surgery appointments.

- You will receive a text message to confirm your appointment.
Confirmation of your appointment is required.

If you are unable to attend your consultation appointment, please reschedule with at least 24 hours, or one business day’s notice prior to your appointment, as a courtesy to other patients. Canceling or rescheduling a consultation appointment, or failure to show up, will require pre-payment of a $100 non-refundable fee prior to having the appointment rescheduled.

Canceling or rescheduling a surgery appointment with less than 72 hours, or three business days’ notice, will require pre-payment of the full amount prior to having the appointment rescheduled.
